The purpose this study was to compare, via prehospital care indices, how differences in ‘adrenaline times’ across prefectures influence cerebral functioning prognoses. Methods We included 13,326 cases registered nationwide Utstein style database. To compare times and at 1-month post-event, average time calculated each prefecture. A scatter plot showing correlation rating ‘good’ function 1 month, an approximately linear, were used review correlation. All where emergency technicians administered within 10 minutes field activity examined bases on index. Results 15.4±6.3 minutes, good outcome month 3.0%. 5.4% outcome. prefecture with slowest Hiroshima, 19.4±6.4 a 0.9% Examination between ratings revealed negative (R2=0.1295) Aichi achieved highest index 75.1%. Conclusion Adrenaline security intravenous lines should be standardized practice, view shortening times, rather than giving under on-line control.
