چکیده
Objective In Japan, the protocol for timing of adrenaline administration by paramedics is determined local medical control council. The purpose this study was to compare, via prehospital care indices, how differences in âadrenaline timesâ across prefectures influence cerebral functioning prognoses. Methods We included 13,326 cases registered nationwide Utstein style database. To compare times and at 1-month post-event, average time calculated each prefecture. A scatter plot showing correlation rating âgoodâ function 1 month, an approximately linear, were used review correlation. All where emergency technicians administered within 10 minutes field activity examined bases on index. Results 15.4±6.3 minutes, good outcome month 3.0%. 5.4% outcome. prefecture with slowest Hiroshima, 19.4±6.4 a 0.9% Examination between ratings revealed negative (R2=0.1295) Aichi achieved highest index 75.1%. Conclusion Adrenaline security intravenous lines should be standardized practice, view shortening times, rather than giving under on-line control.
